How do I host a gala table?
We’re delighted you’re considering hosting a gala table! Our table hosts are integral in ensuring a successful, well-attended gala. They reserve a gala table and commit to filling it with eight guests (including themselves!) who would benefit from learning about the mission and work of Alpha, and who may be interested in deepening their engagement following the event.
How many guests are seated per table?
Eight guests are seated per table.
Can I request who to sit with?
We will make every effort to accommodate your seating requests until registration closes on February 23rd. After registration closes on February 23rd, we will fill in individuals and small groups into open tables as needed. Of course, if you have sponsored an entire table, you may plan for your guests as needed.
Can I purchase tickets onsite at the gala?
Tickets will not be available for purchase onsite at the gala.
Registration online closes on Friday, February 23rd.
What do I wear?
Recommended attire is semi-formal; most guests dress as if they were going to dinner at a nice restaurant.
What does the evening look like?
The gala begins with a short welcome and a delicious buffet dinner, followed by a time of sharing stories of God’s faithfulness to our ministry, as well as an invitation to partner for the future the Lord has in store at Alpha.
What time do I arrive? Please plan to arrive once the doors open at 6:30.Our event starts promptly at 7:00 and we want to ensure that you and your guests don't miss any of the special moments of the evening.
Is parking available? Yes! Complimentary parking is available onsite.
How do I check-in once I arrive? Once you arrive, please go to the check-in table with your last name initial and one of our hosts will inform you of your table number. You do not need to bring a confirmation code or physical ticket with you.
