“Dwelling” (2025 Gala Theme)
This year’s gala theme is “Dwelling,” based on Psalm 91:1, our verse for the year:
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
Although we also like verse 2 as well: I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust!”
As many of you know, we have been praying and planning with the goal of acquiring the building where Alpha is located. Although this is not yet fully accomplished, we are looking forward in faith to God providing a permanent dwelling place for Alpha, a place where our families and staff will “dwell in His shelter” and “abide in His shadow.” We have been trusting Him throughout this process, and we appreciate your prayers and support as we put our hope in Him to bring this to fruition.

Your financial (and tax deductible) donation helps ensure that the women and families of Alpha Pregnancy Center are empowered with the emotional, educational and spiritual support they need, as well as the tangible resources necessary to navigate an unexpected pregnancy. Alpha journeys from the point of pregnancy discovery through toddlerhood with these women and families.

How do I host a gala table?
We’re delighted you’re considering hosting a gala table! Our table hosts are integral to ensuring a successful, well-attended gala. Table hosts reserve a table and commit to filling it with eight guests (including themselves!) who would benefit from learning about the mission and work of Alpha, and who may be interested in deepening their engagement with Alpha following the event. It is also possible to purchase an entire table of tickets at a discount, if you would like to do so, as opposed to gathering guests and having them register individually. The most important part is filling the table and helping everyone seated at the table feel welcome!
How many guests are seated per table?
There is a maximum of eight guests seated per table.
Can I request to sit with someone?
We will make every effort to accommodate seating requests until registration closes on Monday, February 24th. After registration closes on February 24th, we will place individuals and small groups into open seats as needed. Of course, if you have sponsored (purchased) an entire table, you may plan your seating accordingly.
Can I purchase tickets onsite at the gala?
Unfortunately, tickets may not be purchased onsite at the gala. This is because we have to provide the number of guests to the caterer almost a week before the event, and the caterer cannot accommodate unexpected dinner guests on site.
This is why registration online closes on Monday, February 24th.
What do I wear?
We recommended “semi-formal” attire, or the equivalent of dressing for dinner at a nice restaurant.
What does the evening look like?
The gala begins with a short welcome and a delicious buffet dinner, followed by a time of sharing stories of God’s faithfulness to our ministry, as well as an invitation to pray with us and to partner with Alpha as the Lord leads us in the coming year.
What time do I arrive?
Please plan to arrive when the doors open at 6:30pm. Our event starts promptly at 7:00 and we want to ensure that you and your guests don’t miss any of the special moments of the evening.
Is parking available?
Yes! Complimentary parking is available right onsite.
How do I check-in once I arrive?
Once you arrive, please go to the check-in table (directly facing the entrance door) that is labeled with the initial of your last name. Our check-in team will confirm your table number, and an usher will guide you to your seat. You do not need to bring a confirmation code or physical ticket with you.
